CLIKBIN is a small operation. We collect the minimum we need to ship you a tin and answer your email. No advertising trackers, no data sales, no dark patterns.
What we collect
When you order, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. Stripe handles all card data — we never see or store your card number.
When you email us at shop@clikbin.com, we keep the message in our inbox so we can reply.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, page requested) for ~30 days for security and performance.
We do not run any analytics, ad pixels, or third-party trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
Names and addresses go on shipping labels. Emails get order receipts and replies to your questions. Phone numbers help us reach you if a delivery is at risk. Logs help us notice if the site is breaking or under attack. That's it.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
- Resend — sends order-notification emails to us (privacy policy)
- Vercel — site hosting (privacy policy)
- Cloudflare — DNS and email DNS records (privacy policy)
- Our shipping carrier — to get your tin to your door
We don't sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone else, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records: 7 years (US tax requirement). Email correspondence: until we both forget about it. Server logs: ~30 days, then auto-purged.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email shop@clikbin.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in California or the EU, this is your CCPA/GDPR right and we honor it the same way for everyone.
Cookies
Stripe sets a small cookie inside the embedded checkout to prevent fraud. The rest of the site uses no cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for 30 days.
