When you place an order with CLIKBIN, you and we are agreeing to a few simple things. Here they are in plain English. If anything is unclear, email shop@clikbin.com and we'll explain.
Who we are
CLIKBIN is a small American manufacturing project based in Lewiston, Idaho, USA. "We" and "us" refer to CLIKBIN. "You" refers to anyone using this website or buying from us.
Buying and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the product page. We accept payments through Stripe, which handles all card data — we never see or store your card number.
Placing an order is your offer to buy at the price shown. We accept the offer when we charge your card. Until we ship, we may decline or cancel any order — for example, if it looks fraudulent, if there's a pricing error, or if we run out of inventory. If we do, we refund you in full.
Shipping
We ship free anywhere in the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the US are handled case by case — email us first.
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Once your tin is on its way, you'll get a tracking link by email. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up the package. If your order arrives damaged, see "Damaged or defective" below — we'll make it right.
Returns
If you're not happy with your CLIKBIN, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email shop@clikbin.com with your order number; once we confirm the tin is in essentially the same condition we shipped it (no impact damage, no significant scratches or dents beyond what comes from briefly handling it), we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us.
If a returned tin shows signs of customer-caused damage — drops, dents, gouges, severe scratching, or missing parts — we'll ship it back at our cost and the original order stands. We refund approved returns within 5 business days of receiving them.
Damaged or defective
If your tin arrives damaged in shipping, or has a manufacturing defect, email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full — your choice.
Normal wear from carry — small scratches in the anodizing, slight dulling over years of use — isn't a defect. Aluminum is a soft metal; the finish is meant to develop a patina over time.
Pricing errors
If a price displayed on the site is obviously wrong, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order before shipping. We'll email you first.
Using the site
The site is provided as-is. Don't try to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything illegal. Don't post other people's personal data through any form on this site.
Trademark and content
The CLIKBIN name, wordmark, product photography, and journal writing are owned by us. You're welcome to share them in social media posts, blog posts, and reviews with attribution. You can't use them in advertising, packaging, or product listings without our written permission.
Disclaimers
Beyond what we explicitly promise above (returns, replacement of damaged or defective tins), we make no warranties about the product or the website. We don't guarantee uptime of clikbin.com. We don't guarantee the tin will fit any specific item not described in our specifications.
Limit of liability
If something goes wrong, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid us. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — for example, lost time or the cost of carrying something else while a damaged tin is being replaced.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under your state's consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nez Perce County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version always lives at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for 30 days. By continuing to use the site or place orders after a change, you agree to the new terms.
